“The Hub” is an exciting relational “center of activity” facility for the youth of Hamburg, designed with and for teenagers. This 25,000 SF recreational facility contains 4 main areas: a 10,800 sf gymnasium, a 4,700 sf state-of-the-art auditorium, a 4,500 SF game room and café and 1,400 SF of breakout rooms. The remaining 3,600 SF contains offices, conference room, locker rooms and storage rooms.
