Minimum Insurance Requirements

Each subcontractor shall maintain the following insurances required by Picone Construction, including but not limited to:
General Liability, including Completed
Operations and Contractual Liability

Automobile Liability

Umbrella Liability

Worker's Compensation
$1,000,000 (pre occurance)
$2,000,000 (aggregate)

$1,000,000 (combined single limit)

$2,000,000
