The 13,000 SF expansion of the north mall entrance and 5,700 SF renovation of interior space consists of: a new two-story entrance tower, new heated sidewalks and patio, as well as exterior and interior façades for Ulta Beauty Supply. Finish materials include: masonry, stone veneer, EIFS, wood, tile, and lighting.
