New 18,000 SF wellness and primary care facility. Contract included all trades from site-work to final finishes. The facility houses patient exam rooms, waiting area, offices, conference room, full-size gymnasium, fitness center, and aerobics room. Finishes include: stained exposed aggregate concrete floors, solid maple hardwood floors in the gym, fiber cement siding, and cedar tongue and groove soffits.
